This policy explains how the developer of Prosperity Farms, presented as PI Group (“we”), handles personal data shared through this website.

What we collect

• Details you enter in an enquiry or site-visit form: your name and mobile number, and optionally your email, preferred plot size, budget range, preferred visit date and message.
• Your consent to be contacted, with the time you gave it.
• How you reached the site: the first page you landed on and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source). This tells us which advertising works; it does not identify you.
• If you accept analytics cookies: anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics 4. We never send your name, phone number, email or message to analytics.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry: to call or message you about Prosperity Farms, share prices and availability, and arrange a site visit you asked for. We do not sell your data.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Enquiries are written to a private Google Sheet that only authorised members of our sales team can open, using a Google Apps Script connected to that sheet. Our team receives a short email alert for each new enquiry. Our hosting provider and spam-protection service process technical data such as your IP address to keep the form safe.

If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. The chat assistant on this website runs in your browser, answers from fixed information and does not store what you type.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact with you unless you become a customer, in which case records required by law are kept for the legally required period.

Your choices

• You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• You can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time; we will stop contacting you.
• You can decline or change analytics cookies using “Cookie settings” in the footer (shown when analytics is enabled).

To make a request, send it through the enquiry form on this website (choose “General enquiry”) or message us using the WhatsApp button. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use HTTPS, server-side validation, spam protection and restricted access to the lead register. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
